Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a no exceptions, no-refunds or returns policy. Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please triple-check your order before placing it!

Shipping:
We ship nationwide, helping everyone all over create "special moments with the prettiest things." Shipping is only available for "flat-pack" options, eg, labels only, empty pekalach, etc. (Details available on each product's page.)

Delivery:
We offer delivery to Lakewood, Toms River, Howell, Jackson, Passaic, Clifton, Teaneck, Brooklyn, 5 Towns, and Monsey. We also have pickup (Lakewood) and shipping options.

Lakewood pickup:
We have local pickup available in Lakewood.
